    This is where we first meet! We will assess the property, discuss the goals and target market, and provide recommendations for improvements and staging strategies. We understand that it is crucial to get this step right. Making sure the presentation of your home is so far superior to your competitors on the market, that it gives you every opportunity to maximise your sales result.

  2. INSTALL
    Once we are all happy and in agreeance to what needs to be done to dress up your property, our professional team of Stylists will get to work and have all the selected pieces sitting in exactly the right positions, making sure everything is perfect. No pillow will be left un-chopped or throw tossed the wrong way!

  3. REMOVAL
    Congratulations! You are now sold, for nothing short of a premium. We are yet to speak with a client post sale, who couldn’t be happier that they have invested into their biggest asset, and capitalised on the return through the sale of their home. Working in with your calendar, our team of removalists will pop back out to pick up the items of furniture set on display.

    This is where we first meet! Taking our time together in understanding how you use your space and deciding which bespoke pieces will be required to be implemented in your home. Taking into consideration a budget, existing furniture and finishes of your home, we understand that it is crucial to get this step right.

  2. PROPOSAL
    Based on the consultation, one of our Interior Designers will create a detailed plan and design concept for fitting out your home. You will receive a detailed presentation including a mood board, concept board, pricing and advice on any repairs or maintenance tasks that may be needed to ensure the property looks its best.

  3. SELECTIONS
    Our professional team of Property Stylists will select furniture and accessories that align with the established concept. Consider the style, scale, layout and proportion of each item. Pay attention to colours, textures, and patterns that create visual interest and complement the overall style of the home. You will then receive a detailed presentation of all the selected furniture items that are best suited to enhance your beautiful space.

  4. EXECUTION
    Once we are all happy and in agreeance to what needs to be done to dress up your property, our professional team of Stylists, paying attention to the smallest details will get to work to creating an attractive and functional arrangement in a way that showcases the property's best features.
